Its a busy day for the yard on Friday with 3 runners at Warwick,
Never a Word has been ready to run over hurdles for a couple of weeks now but the ground has been against him but hopefully the ground wont be too bad at Warwick tomorrow and he can take his chance. He shows more at home than he did on the flat and we are hoping that hurdles could be the answer after schooling well.
We are then doubly represented in the staying handicap hurdle for conditional jockeys. Both horses look to have very solid each way chances and with it being a race which should play to both their strengths we have decided to run both which isn't something we normally do. American Life has been a model of consistency in 4 starts since joining us and really deserves to get his head in front, he isn't the biggest so we thought William Marshall's 5lb claim could be very helpful to his chances. Asking Questions should be slightly better than this grade and hopefully he can come good tomorrow now we know a bit more about him. Ross Turner who rode him last time will again be aboard.
