It’s been a busy week at Tattersalls Horses in Training saleas we have added six new recruits to the yard.
After buying Hats off to Larry on Monday, we managed to add another five to our string over the remainder of the sale.
Sucellus is a solid handicapper who has some good form in competitive handicaps and was purchased to be a possible dual purpose horse next spring/summer. He looks like he should be a pretty fun horse for very little money.
Red Centre was purchased off Godolphin and will now go novice hurdling and stays well so should be well suited to the National Hunt game.
We then managed to purchase two 3 year old fillies in Escalade and Kimberley who will both be off hurdling now and look like they will be perfect for fillies Juvenile hurdle contests with the listed race at Doncaster for 3 year old fillies in January already a long term target for both fillies and hopefully possible black type.
We completed our buying today when we bought Boundsy Boy off Richard Fahey. He is a big backward 2 year old who looks like well do well for gelding and a break. The plan will be to have him schooled up over hurdles before a couple of possible spins on the flat and then he will go juvenile hurdle as soon as they arrive in June in what often can be pretty weak races. Hopefully he should turn out to be abit of value.
If you are at all interested in having a interest in one of the horses we bought this week please get in touch.
