Ed Glassonbury seems to have his pointers in top order here at Stockton Hall, ready for the local Flint & Denbigh point to point at Bangor on Dee on Sunday.
1:00 - Open Maiden
Present in Court - E Glassonbury - This 4 year old has done everything right at home and has been pleasing us with both his schooling and work.We feel with a bit of luck, which is always needed especially in maidens, he should be right there at the finish.
2:55 - Intermediate
Desert Sting - E Glassonbury - He took advantage of a good opportunity at the track last time in impressive style and has been in good order since. We feel if he has benefitted from his wind operation which he had in the closed season and he should go close on Sunday.
3:30 Restricted
The Ibbster - E Glassonbury - He ran a solid race in his first restricted last time and feel the application of blinkers should help him.He also looks to have a solid chance.
4:05 2 mile 4 furlong maiden
Spoilt Sam - G Crow - He had been pleasing us at home before last time where he disappointed but feel the blinkers could make the difference. On his home work he should be alot more competitive.
4:40 - 8 years and older conditions race
Threapwood - E Glassonbury - Has been very disappointing the last two seasons and we are struggling to find the reason for this but hope this weaker race may give him more opportunity to show some of his old spark.
