On Saturday Omotesando heads back to Wolverhampton where he has been victorious in the past and he also ran a blinder when a close third on his last visit to the track. It looks a competitive race on paper but he should have come on for the Haydock run and we are confident he will be thereabouts at the finish. Charlie Bennett who knows the horse well takes the ride.
On Sunday we have 2 runners at Uttoxeter, firstly Kikimora makes her seasonal/hurdling debut in the maiden hurdle. She seems to have improved for her summer off and hopefully she can put in a good introduction to the hurdling game, she is probably one for the future but definitely has ability. Quarry Lami makes his stable debut in the concluding race on the card, he seems a likeable sort at home but it is a bit of a fact finding mission for us and we hope to learn plenty. Ian Popham takes the ride on both horses.
