I took three young horses on a farm ride at the weekend. Miles Seston rode Gentleman’s Deal – Hispaniola, Sam rode Oscar du Berlais and I rode Gentleman’s Deal – Marsh Run. I try to take them on a few to get them used to travelling in the horsebox, being around other horses and teach them to jump, so when they get to the races it’s not a big shock.
