Fort Jefferson made it 3 wins from his last 3 starts when a easy winner at Haydock on Thursday night, he recorded his first victory since joining us when running out a comfortable winner of a maiden hurdle at Bangor last month. Since then we reverted back to the flat when he ran out a 7 length winner at Nottingham on Sunday and again followed up in good style 4 days later when winning by a comfortable 4 lengths at Haydock Park. Ross Turner was aboard last night and it was his first ride in 7 weeks and he gave him a lovely front running ride. It was an apprentice race last night so he can hopefully go to either Nottingham or Carlisle on Monday off the same mark all being well, we will obviously only go again if he is showing us the right signs at home.
