First Winner as Joint Trainers -
Since Josh joined the yard in 2016, it was always the plan to go into partnership and then, when the BHA recently changed the rules to allow joint training licences, it seemed the obvious choice for us to go down that route.
Normally joint licences would be held between two family members and so our venture is, perhaps, slightly unusual. However, Josh and I have been good friends for a long time now and have always had a lot of respect and understanding for each other. In addition, we both have a very different skills set, which makes the partnership work so well.
