A big thankyou to everyone who attended the open morning yesterday
The lovely morning played a part in ensuring our highest open morning attendance so far and it was great to see some new faces joining our established owners and supporters of the yard.
We started the morning with a schooling display where our three year Indian Danehill gelding caught the attention of some good judges.We have high hopes for him.
We then moved over to the new gallop where four horses did some light work. It was only the second time that the gallop had been used and the final stretch should be completed later this week.
Once everyone had enjoyed their breakfast (and some people their Bloody Marys !), Oliver talked through his hopes for the forthcoming season as the yards inmates were paraded.
We are confident that we have a good mix of experience and potential within the yard.
A big thankyou to everyone whom supported the raffle. We raised £206 for the Injured Jockeys Fund.
