An involvement in a racehorse can be one of the most exhilarating experiences. Whether it is a morning on the gallops or an afternoon at the races, you will be guaranteed an exhilarating experience amongst the company of like-minded individuals. At Greenall Guerriero Racing, there are many different ownership options available and we offer flexibility in order to find the ownership option that meets your requirements and budget.
There are obviously a variety of ways in which you can become involved in racehorse ownership including outright ownership, partnerships and syndicates.
At Stockton Hall, we are strong believers in always keeping our owners up to date on what is happening with their horses, including where they are up to in their training and what the future race plans are.
We are always happy to have owners visit the yards and to have regular telephone catch-ups. Owners can keep up to date with everything to do with their horse on Racing Manager by clicking on the ‘Owners Area’, which has been very well received by our current owners.
In addition to entry/declaration, breeding, and form updates, owners receive regular updates from Josh, Colin, and Oliver, including footage from the gallops and schooling grounds, updates the morning after a horse has run, as well as updates at regular intervals on racedays.
We can assist you in identifying a horse that meets your requirements and is within your budget.
We can identify suitable horses due to go through the sales ring or use our extensive contacts to find the right horse.
As with outright ownership but ownership can consist of between two and twelve people.
This type of ownership avoids a capital outlay for a racehorse. A lease agreement can be set up for a set period of time (a year or a season). We do have some horses available for lease. Please give Oliver a call for more information.
There are many benefits to be gained by being part of a syndicate, not least the fact that you are sharing the cost of buying your horse, and subsequently having it in training with other people.
Over half of the horses at Stockton Hall are owned by syndicates and many of them have enjoyed lot of success over the past few seasons. We have a really nice bunch of young horses who are owned by syndicates and we are looking forward to seeing them progress during the coming seasons.
