Ultra consistent filly Spirit of the Vale was declared to run at Haydock on Thursday but on ground which wouldn't have been ideal we decided to withdraw her and instead head up north to her favourite hunting ground which is Newcastle. It looks a suitable race on paper and she should have as big a chance as anything in the race.
