Terms and Conditions for Merchandise

Once an item of merchandise is purchased you will receive a confirmation email. Please take a note of the expected dispatch time on all items as many are embroidered to order and have a 14-day dispatch time. All merchandise is shipped out as standard shipping and is only available to purchase in mainland UK.

Size charts are available on most clothing items. Please refer to them closely as clothing is embroidered to order by our suppliers and replacement sizes have a long lead time.

Please be aware that purchases of Merchandise cannot be combined with items from the Shares in Horses categories, as you will be sent an invoice for any purchases of shares to be paid directly.

Returns
You can return your items within 14 working days of receipt under UK Distance Selling Regulations. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all tags attached. Please email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return, prior to posting back to us.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your item, and your refund will be processed within five working days and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend that you use a fully tracked and insured service as we are not liable for items that do not arrive with us.

Damaged or Defective Items
