We have 2 runners at Hexham on Monday with Shadow Sadness looking to hold a big chance in the opening race. He looked to be in with a very good chance last time at Worcester before falling 3 out, Brian Hughes felt he had plenty left in the tank so hopefully he can make amends today. We have schooled him plenty since and he has jumped well so it doesn't seem to have effected him so fingers crossed he will break his maiden tag over hurdles today.
In the last race on the card Lincoln County will be looking to put in a good run on his final run before he heads to Doncaster sales on Wednesday. He had been consistent recently before disappointing last time but has been in good order at home since and we are hopeful of a solid run as long as he takes to the track.
Its great to have Will Kennedy booked to ride them both especially with him knowing both horses.
